Secretary Gregory Bialecki gave the luncheon keynote address and was awarded with a special award for his significant contributions and leadership in the field of economic development here in Massachusetts over the last 8 years as the Secretary of Housing and Economic Development.
MEDC also awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award to longtime board member Richard “Dick” Shafer, Dick was recognized for his tireless efforts in the city of Taunton as the Economic Development Director for the Industrial Development Corporation.
