MEDC partnered with NEDA on December 10, 2015 at TechSpring in Springfield, MA for its Winter Conference: “Building and Sustaining an Innovation Culture and Eco-System”. MEDC also held it’s 52nd Annual Meeting.

Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno took time out of his busy schedule to bring a welcoming message to the group, followed by a great presentation by John “JV” Valentine – Director of Partnerships, MassChallenge.
MEDC held their Annual Meeting, where Kathy McCabe presented longtime board member Mary Waldron with a Certificate of Appreciation for her time and commitment over the past 10 years on the MEDC Board of Directors. President Elect Trevor Beauregard presented outgoing President Joe Bevilacqua a plaque for his time as Board Present the past few years.
NEDA presented a Learning Lab in the afternoon, with great discussion within small breakout groups, followed by a collective group discussion where each group shared their ideas on the topic.
